Even well-known and successful companies have to adapt to changing circumstances for sustainable success: To support them in this and ultimately make an important contribution to strengthening the innovative strength and competitiveness of domestic companies, the team at the new JR Centre headed by Herbert Jodlbauer is developing models and methods for how established production companies can shape their digital transformation in a service- and customer-oriented way and design new value propositions for (new) customers. Methods from data and process mining and machine learning are used.
