Quality control in industrial production is of great importance, but also challenging: Since testing workpieces in a controlled laboratory environment produces very reliable results, but also requires a lot of additional effort, Head of Laboratory Ernst Csencsics (photo) and the CD Laboratory team, supported by the commercial partners Micro-Epsilon Atensor GmbH and MICRO-EPSILON-MESSTECHNIK GmbH & Co.K.G., are researching methods on the basis of which flexible and high-resolution measurements are to be carried out directly in the production line in future!
