03/26: New CD Laboratory at the Medical University of Graz

Lung cancer remains the world’s leading cause of cancer-related deaths: that is why Heads of Laboratory Philipp Jost and Michael Dengler and their team at the CD Laboratory for Activation of Immunogenic Cell Death in Lung Cancer at the Med Uni Graz, supported by commercial partner Boehringer Ingelheim RCV GmbH & Co KG, are researching ways to help patients’ immune systems to recognise and specifically target tumour cells, thereby improving survival rates and quality of life for those affected!
