2/26: New CD Laboratory at TU Graz

The new CD Laboratory for Structural integrity in rail vehicle design at TU Graz, headed by Martin Leitner and supported by commercial partners Miba Frictec GmbH, Siemens Mobility Austria GmbH and Plasser und Theurer, Export von Bahnbaumaschinen, Gesellschaft m.b.H., conducts basic research that will serve as the basis for the next generation of rail vehicles. The aim is to enable energy-efficient, resource-saving, durable and safe rail vehicle structures in lightweight construction.
